RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Retuns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. All shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer. We will give store credit, after the receipt of goods in the exact conditions when they were shipped. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 17% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Also, we will charge the shipping charges and restocking fee on customer credit card (on file), if customer refuses to receive the merchandise.
